ORDERS & SHIPPING
How long does delivery take? Since every product at Abito co. is made to order, please allow 7–14 business days for delivery. You'll receive a tracking link via email once your order has been dispatched.
Do you ship all across India? Yes! We ship to all major cities and towns across India.
How do I track my order? Once your order is dispatched, you'll automatically receive a tracking link on your registered email. You can use that link to track your order in real time.
PRODUCTS
What material are the tees made of? Our tees are made from high-quality cotton blend fabric — lightweight, breathable, and built for both the gym and everyday wear. Specific fabric details are mentioned on each product page.
Will the print fade after washing? Our prints are made to last. For best results, we recommend washing your tee inside out in cold water and avoiding tumble drying. Do not iron directly on the print.
Do you offer custom sizes or designs? Not at the moment, but we're working on it! Stay tuned or reach out to us if you have something specific in mind.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
What is your return policy? Since every item is made to order especially for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons like change of mind or incorrect size selection. We strongly recommend checking our Size Guide before placing your order.
What if I receive a damaged or incorrect product? We're sorry if that happens! Please email us at [your email] within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We'll make it right immediately.
Can I cancel my order? Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placement. After that, your order goes into production and cannot be cancelled.
PAYMENTS
What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major payment methods including UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, and Wallets.
Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available? Currently COD is not available. We only accept prepaid orders.
