Finding your perfect fit is easy. Here's everything you need:
How to Measure Before checking the size chart, grab a measuring tape and measure:
- Chest — Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape horizontal
- Length — Measure from the top of the shoulder down to the hem

Fit Guide
- Oversized Tees (e.g. One More Rep Oversized Tee) — These are designed with a relaxed, dropped-shoulder fit. If you're between sizes, we recommend going with your regular size for a true oversized look.
- Regular/Unisex Tees (e.g. Train To Transform Unisex Tee) — True to size. Size up if you prefer a looser fit.
- Raglan/Full Sleeve Tees — Regular fit. Size up for layering.
